Introduction: AdaptiveWork Dynamic Project Intake Using Daisy-Chained Custom Actions

Today, we are solving the business need of, “I need to be able to segment my Intake Form to solve the need for two different use cases – this is typically different departments.”

In our current state, we have one form and it does the same thing regardless of project type or other user input information selected.

In our future state – Based on the first form inputs, the form is “forked” to take the user to the next appropriate form. To help with efficiency, any information that was captured on the first form will be ported over to the 2nd form.
