Stakeholder Requirements

  • We were asked to create a form that would break off into different forks either because we were bringing on a new department or to help stream-line user experience

Update the previous form to have it be Customer Implementation Specific

  • We modified our existing intake form to be repurposed as step 2

Creating the “Initial Form That will Fork”

  • We created a step 1 form that would tell Clarizen which new form to pull

Create two more custom Actions  the new intake form for Admin and a “Stop”

  • We created an additional step 2 form specific for the admin intake and helped our users by filtering the templates for them

Terminator Organization Custom Action

  • We created a “terminator” to make sure Clarizen knew to stop processing the chain
